“Offering space for clients to be vulnerable and respected will always be at the forefront.”

About me:

I studied at National Holistic Institute, A College of Massage Therapy, in Emeryville, California. Graduating from the Core Program (800 hours), I became certified in June 2019. As of current, I am Idaho-Licensed since 2021 (ID: MAS-4609).

I have also received my AA in Social Science and certificate in Child Development. Psychology, sociology, metaphysics, meditation, philosophy, and self-development are areas that are most appealing to my interests.

I’m your typical INFJ, or the “extroverted-introvert,” eldest of five, and first-generation in my family to pursue a life-long career. Reading, writing, crystal and plant collecting are my favorite hobbies. I adore metaphysical shops and would love to open a bookstore one day!

Originally born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Boise, Idaho with my husband in 2020 to raise our two children.

When I’m not busy working with clients at my studio, I’m usually: curled up in a cozy blanket with a book, binge-watching a tv show on Netflix, thinking about buying more books + plants, doing loads of work & home laundry, juggling mom duties and self-care, or out fishing with my family.

In a nutshell:

I’m a bit of a chameleon, jack-of-all-trades-woman, and full of contradictions. I’m a wallflower (not as a red rose or a yellow daisy, but a golden chrysanthemum). I shine my best bright light not in the limelight, but in my own soft way as a lamp—glowing in the dark. I’ve been through hell-and-back multiple times, and learned to transform pain into power.

What drew me to a massage career:

In 2016, I unexpectedly lost my first child to stillbirth. I sought creative and expressive ways to cope with grief and postpartum depression, but what really helped with healing was finding purpose in loss.

After a period of self-discovery, I enrolled into massage school in 2018 and decided that helping and serving others with their pain would contribute to my healing journey. It was not until much later that I recognized how empathic and invested I became in mental and emotional health, as I worked with clients that acknowledged my calming presence as therapeutic and inspiring. Offering space for clients to be vulnerable and respected will always be at the forefront.

I have worked with clients of different backgrounds, cultures, lifestyles, careers, stages of life, trauma, and health crisis, in which have truly enriched my mind and love for learning. I thrive in diversity and find ways to utilize other people’s experiences as knowledge and wisdom to help others.

The treatment room is where I have learned so much about the body (and how every thing is connected), my natural skills and abilities, and how impactful therapeutic touch can be. It is not surprising that hospice care and patients with severe illnesses are appealing and a population that I aspire to reach later in my career.

In essence, therapeutic touch is a medium of energy exchange. I am continuously learning how to transform pain into knowledge, self-empowerment, and medicine for the body.
